The $RWA token could be the Ethereum of RWAs in the near future
Alexis Trujillo.- On September 2nd, DAO Labs announced the opening of RWA HUB, the Social Mining Platform for the community of RWA Inc., a company whose mission is to tokenize the value of Real World Assets and take advantage of that in Web3 and reach out to many users who traditionally didn’t have the means to access to this kind of investment element.
Just to keep in mind, the decentralized internet gives consumers more authority over their data, online activities and financial decisions. If Blockchain technology makes Peer-to-peer transactions possible and shared ownership over objects can be tokenized, a whole new breed of cases is on the way. We brought Kevin Yunai, CEO and Founder of RWA Inc. to our Telegram Channel to talk about RWA Tokenization and make the Social Mining Community aware of how important it is for the near future. Why Tokenizing RWAs is a Big Thing?
In his own words, Yunai is a true entrepreneur. At 49, he reveals having 3 exits behind him before he went all in on RWA Inc. He’s a tech expert and had ran an AI Company for 20 years long before OpenAI became a thing, working basically in speech recognition for hospitals - sold the Company and started building the tech behind RWA Inc., not before writing “Bitcoin: the new form of Money”, a book that dwells on how companies can -and should- utilize the concepts behind cryptocurrencies to fundraise Capital. This led the way to focus on Tokenization as a Company Builder.
Our people here would want a little context on RWA. How it is possible to tokenize a Real World Asset, like a house or a valuable Art Piece. Is this market that big enough to give it a shot?
In very plain terms, as objects have evident or assigned value, it can be divided and represented in a token, but you need someone who makes this division and sets basic rules on how this token works, who gets it and how this could be placed in a market. That’s a Tokenization 101m which is definitely possible.

Now, besides Tokenizing Assets, making Smart Contracts and, of course, Auditing everything in the process, your company seems to be bullish about the main products like the Launchpad and the Marketplace. Can you describe them? What are these products offering?
Auditing is indeed a very very important part of the delivery including regulatory compliance. I could talk for hours about our upcoming platform but, in short, we are building something never seen before in this space: Our goal is to create a complete ecosystem for RWAs, fully automated and fully scalable. The Offering will consist of our own Launchpad, Native Exchange and Marketplace.
The Launchpad is part of the offered fundraise process where we launch the tokens we have minted and designed for the clients and give our investors a diversified portfolio opportunity with High performing asset classes, also enabling them to trade and invest in BTC and other assets.
And the Marketplace will be sort of a Netflix for RWAs where you can Watch videos of the assets that we have tokenized and pick the one you want to invest in.
